This statement brings forward key issues that needs to be put at the forefront of the climate debate while exposing the problems with the prevalent Net-zero by 2050 framing.

The statement was released on 3 December with an initial 700 organisations as signs-ons, with 26 original author signatories. It is currently available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and German.
